Shipping and delivery
For us it is important that you are satisfied, for this reason we try to be more precise, fast and reliable as possible from the order to delivery. In fact, during all the phases of the purchase process on www.eutylia.it you are provided with all the useful information, from the availability of the product to the methods of delivery, so that the service we offer is 100% exhaustive.
Within the details page of each product you will always find the indication concerning the availability of the item and information on the estimated delivery date (which may vary depending on the chosen payment method).
The levels of availability of a product are:
– Available: The product can be ordered immediately and you will receive it within the indicated delivery times or you can pick it up at one of our collection points you choose.
– Incoming: They are preview products or products that are sold out and must arrive. You can still order it, the shipment will be carried out as soon as the product arrives to the stock.
What happens to your order just after you have purchased on www.eutylia.it from E.Vitalgroup srl:
The delivery times of the products vary depending on the item ordered by the customer and on the delivery methods chosen by the same. The times indicated for the delivery terms are merely indicative and they are in no way binding for E.Vitalgroup srl.
By using the courier transport, the delivery is scheduled in a time ranging from 1/5 working days from the moment of the order. In any case, the estimated delivery times are explicitly indicated in the data sheet of the individual product. For the products in which the data sheet shows 24/48 hours delivery indications, the following indications apply:
A) Day 0 (reception of the order)
the back office fulfils the orders received before 13 AM; otherwise they are fulfilled on the following day. The same applies to orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday: they will be fulfilled on the first working day following that of the order itself.
The order is processed according to the chosen payment method, and in particular:
– if the chosen payment method is, PAYPAL or CASH ON DELIVERY, the order is fulfilled on the same day
– if the chosen payment method is BANK TRANSFER, the order will be fulfilled when the credit is displayed on the bank account of the Company POWER TWO Srl
– if the chosen payment method is CREDIT CARD, the order will be fulfilledd after 24 hours.
The order is sent to our warehouses within 6.00 pm.
B) Day 1 (Freight Forwarder)
the day after the order, the Freight Forwarder collects the goods within 6.00 pm at our stores. The courier will receive the Shipping Invoice containing the place of destination and any notes entered in the order.
At the time of the collection of the product, an e-mail will be sent to the customer containing the shipping number; this will allow the customer to follow the delivery status and estimated times in real time on the Freight Forwarder’s website.
D) Day 2 (delivery of goods)
The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of confirmation of the order.
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of the order according to the weight and volume of the package. The price of the shipping costs is shown on each product data sheet or if the shipment is free. In addition, for a selection of products and some municipalities we offer the 3-HOUR DELIVERY service, by guaranteeing the delivery to the customer within 3 hours of the purchase at an additional cost of € 10. The total shipping cost is always reported in the final phase of the order.
